# How to Create a Stack Follow these steps to create your first stack: #### **Step 1. Navigate to My Stacks** * From the top navigation bar, click **MY STACKS** (green button). * You’ll land on the Stacks page (initially empty if you haven’t created any yet). #### **Step 2. Start creating a stack** * On the Stacks page, click **+ CREATE STACK** (green button, top right). * This opens the **Manual Stack Build** screen.

Enter Base Info** * **Stack Name:** Enter your chosen name (e.g., *SignUp Stack*). * ⚠️ Avoid using symbols in the name. * **Description:** Short description (max **120 characters**). * **Risk/Term:** Select a preset label (e.g., *Low Risk / Long Term*). #### **Step 4. # Understanding Stack Performance 📊 Stack Performance Every Stack starts at **$1** when it’s created.\ The price shows how that Stack has performed since launch. * If the Stack price is **above $1**, it’s up in value. * If it’s **below $1**, it’s down in value. * The percentage shown reflects the total change in value since inception. Stack performance is based on the combined value of all assets and trades inside the Stack.\ It updates automatically as markets move and trades are made. You can also toggle the price display by clicking your profile in the top right to view performance in **x terms** instead of dollars. For example, a **$5 Stack** is shown as **5×** in the x-view. **Simple rule:**\ $1 is your starting point.\ Anything above means gains, anything below means losses. # Close Stack Close Stack allows a Stack creator to formally end a Stack’s lifecycle. When a Stack is closed: * The final price is recorded * Stack P\&L is locked and finalized * New buys are disabled * Existing holders can still sell at their discretion and convenience. To close a Stack, select one of your Stacks, click **Edit**, then choose **Close**.
